The sharing event “Global Mindset: Thriving in a Borderless World” initiated by Energy Academy Indonesia (ECADIN) in collaboration with European Business Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia (EuroCham Indonesia) explores how we can thrive on global stage, beyond a national player. We will talk about how we can foster multicultural partnerships, embrace multinational collaborations, and develop a global strategy. Achieving success in today’s borderless world requires not just technical expertise, but also cultural intelligence, inclusivity, and a shared commitment to progress that transcends geographical boundaries.
